摘  要:超高分子量聚乙烯(Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene,UHMWPE)具有优异的耐磨损、耐腐蚀、自润滑、耐冲击、防结垢等优异性能,被国内外同行称为“令人惊奇的塑料”。但UHMWPE管道也存在自身刚性不足以及抗紫外线能力弱的缺点,采用外套钢管组合成性能优异的复合套管,可以有效克服这一缺点。目前UHMWPE钢套管已经应用到石油、化工、电力等行业来代替传统的不锈钢、橡胶内衬等传统管道,解决管道磨损、腐蚀和结垢堵塞的痛点,得到了市场的肯定和认可,《超高分子量聚乙烯管材》(QB/T 2668.1–2017)和《石油化工非金属衬里管道技术规范》(SH/T 3154–2019)两个行业标准的制定、颁布推动了UHMWPE钢套管的应用。利用有限元技术来分析UHMWPE管及钢塑复合管工作应力分布机理,为UHMWPE钢塑复合管设计及UHMWPE钢塑复合管相应标准的制定提出一些建设性的建议。Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)has excellent properties such as wear resistance,corrosion resistance,self–lubrication,impact resistance,and anti–scaling,and is referred to as a“surprising plastic”by domestic and foreign peers.However,UHMWPE pipes also have their own shortcomings of insufficient rigidity and weak UV resistance.The use of outer steel pipes to form high–performance composite sleeves can effectively overcome this disadvantage.At present,UHMWPE steel casing has been applied in industries such as petroleum,chemical,and power to replace traditional pipelines such as stainless steel and rubber lining,solving the pain points of pipeline wear,corrosion,and scaling blockage,and has been recognized and recognized by the market,The formulation and promulgation of two industry standards,“Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Pipe”(QB/T2668.1–2017)and“Technical Specification for Non–metallic Lined Pipeline in Petrochemical Industry”(SH/T3154–2019),have promoted the application of UHMWPE steel sleeves.Using finite element technology to analyze the working stress distribution mechanism of UHMWPE pipes and steel plastic composite pipes,some constructive suggestions are proposed for the design of UHMWPE steel plastic composite pipes and the formulation of corresponding standards for UHMWPE steel plastic composite pipes.
