摘　　要：工业经济对国家与地方的经济与技术发展水平起着决定性作用,目前我国也已进入工业高质量发展与经济转型的关键时期。基于此,分析了实施工业高质量发展与经济转型的必要性,调查工业欠发达地区的现状,总结工业高质量发展与工业经济转型中存在的问题,得到工业欠发达城市高质量发展与经济转型的完善策略。具体策略为强化工业高质量发展与经济转型的全局规划、构建科技创新的大环境与完善相关政策保障体系,这为该类型城市工业的高质量发展与工业经济转型提供参考。The industrial economy plays a decisive role in the level of national and local economic and technological development,and China has entered a critical period of industrial high-quality development and economic transformation.In the realization of industrial high-quality development and economic transformation of the target,analysed the implementation of industrial high-quality development and economic transformation of the need to investigate the status quo of the industrial underdeveloped areas,summed up the industrial high-quality development and industrial economic transformation of the problems that exist in the industrial high-quality development and industrial economic transformation,to get the industrial underdeveloped cities of high-quality development and economic transformation of the improvement of the strategy.The specific strategy is to strengthen the overall planning of industrial high-quality development and economic transformation,build a scientific and technological innovation environment and improve the relevant policy guarantee system,which provides a reference for the high-quality development of this type of urban industry and industrial economic transformation.
