摘  要:基于电子信息技术以及自适应模糊PID控制算法,建立行走系统节能策略,根据起重机不同工况分别采用不同的节能控制方式,利用AMESim以及MATLAB/Simulink对节能控制策略进行仿真模拟,验证节能措施的可行性。最后将节能措施应用于某企业履带式起重机运行当中,对行走系统节能改造经济效益进行分析研究。Based on electronic information technology and adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithms,the establishment of walking system energy-saving strategies,according to the different working conditions of the crane were used in different energy-saving control methods,and then use AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink simulation simulation of the energy-saving control strategy,to verify the feasibility of energy-saving measures,and finally the energy-saving measures applied to the operation of an enterprise crawler crane,to analyse the economic benefits of energy-saving transformation of the walking system.Finally,the energy-saving measures are applied to an enterprise crawler crane operation,and the economic benefits of energy-saving transformation of the travelling systemare analysed and studied.
