摘 要:为了应对多相流测量对海洋边际油气田工程开发的制约,通过对短节式多相流量计应用特点、测量原理、产品性能、设计选型、安装要求、经济性研究等关键技术问题进行研究分析,提出三种适用于油、气、水三相混合介质实时测量的工艺方案,综合实施难度、资源获取、工期、经济性、风险控制等因素的对比分析,研究出短节式多相流量计在不同海域适用于不同井口数量的油气田开发方案,及最优经济性配置数量,确定了短节式多相流量计在常规油气田和边际油气田中的应用方案,有效地解决了海洋石油工程开发中工艺流程复杂、计量设施占用空间大、投资成本高、人工操维不便等难题,相关经验和方法可供今后同类海洋工程项目参考。In order to address the constraints of multiphase flow measurement on the development of offshore marginal oil and gas field engineering,three process plans suitable for real-time measurement of oil,gas,and water three-phase mixed media are proposed through research and analysis of key technical issues such as the application characteristics,measurement principles,product performance,design selection,installation requirements,and economic research of short section multiphase flow meters.The comprehensive implementation difficulty,resource acquisition,construction period,and economy are discussed.Through comparative analysis of risk control and other factors,the development plan of short joint multiphase flowmeter for oil and gas fields with different wellhead quantities in different sea areas and the optimal economic allocation quantity were studied,and the application plan of short joint multiphase flowmeter in conventional oil and gas fields and marginal oil and gas fields was determined,which effectively solved the problems of complex process flow,large space occupied by metering facilities,high investment cost Difficulties such as inconvenient manual operation and maintenance,and relevant experience and methods can be used as a reference for similar ocean engineering projects in the future.
