钢铁生产企业碳中和及碳排放核算体系探析

摘　　要：钢铁企业是用碳大户,也是碳减排的重点。碳排放统计核算是衡量碳中和成效的基础性工作,是科学推进碳排放“双控”的有力举措。钢铁企业要建立碳排放管理机构,强力推进碳排放统计核算体系的规范运行。基于此,阐述了钢铁企业强化碳排放管理的紧迫性和碳排放统计核算体系的建立与运行;并且提出了提升钢铁企业碳排放统计核算水平的对策。Iron and steel enterprises are large users of carbon,but also the focus of carbon emission reduction.Carbon emission statistics and accounting is the basic work to measure the effectiveness of carbon neutrality,and it is a powerful measure to scientifically promote the"dual control"of carbon emission.Iron and steel enterprises should establish a carbon emission management organisation and promote the standard operation of carbon emission statistics and accounting system.It describes the urgency of strengthening the carbon emission management of iron and steel enterprises and the establishment and operation of the carbon emission statistical accounting system,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the level of iron and steel enterprises'carbon emission statistics and accounting.
