摘　　要：电力工业是国民经济的基础性产业,是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础产业,对促进经济发展、保障社会稳定具有不可替代的作用。在新形势下,国家对环保工作提出了更高要求,电网企业应积极响应国家号召,主动融入环保管理新态势。基于此,从电网环保业务流程重组内涵入手,通过分析当前电网项目环保管理存在的问题,对电网项目环保全寿命周期管理流程进行重组研究,并提出相应的管理对策建议。The electric power industry is the basic industry of the national economy,is the important basic industry of the national economy and social development,and has an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development and ensuring social stability.Under the new situation,the state has put forward higher requirements for environmental protection work,and power grid enterprises should actively respond to the call of the state and actively integrate into the new situation of environmental protection management.Based on this,this paper starts with the connotation of power grid environmental protection business process reorganization,analyzes the existing problems of current power grid project environmental protection management,reorganizes the power grid project environmental protection life cycle management process,and puts forward correspondingmanagement countermeasures and suggestions.
