摘 要:水声管是重要的水下声学材料测试装置,然而大部分水声管仅能满足常压下的测试,在高压环境下的测试仍面临着一些挑战,尤其高压密封是研究的难点。设计水声管的高压密封装置,其中管壁水听器的安装密封采用套管密封,水声管顶端样品安装段和底端水下换能器段法兰的密封采用O形环。该设计既提高了水声管高压下的密封性,又保证水听器和样品安装的快速和便捷。通过静水压力测试表明,设计的水声管在3.15 MPa压力下能维持稳定的密封性能,不存在泄压和漏水的问题。高压水声测试则表明,该水声管在1.5 MPa压力下对水声材料的测试具有良好的稳定性。研究结果为水声管的高压密封设计和改进提供了依据。Water-filled impedance tube is an important testing facility for underwater sound absorption materials.However,most water-filled impedances can only meet the requirements under normal hydrostatic pressure,and it still challenging for testing under high hydrostatic pressure.Especially,the sealing problem is the key.In this paper,the seal of the water-filled impedance tube is designed,including the seal for hydrophones,the top flange with the sample holder and the bottom flange with the underwater transducer.They are sealed by the mounting tube and O-ring,respectively.This design can not only improve the sealing performance,but also guarantee the fast and convenient installation of the hydrophone and the sample.The hydrostatic pressure test shows that the designed water-filled impedance tube can meet the sealing requirements under 3.15 MPa without obviously pressure dropping or water leaking.The underwater acoustic test indicates that the water-filled impedance tube can achieve good measurement at high hydrostatic pressure up to 1.5 MPa.This provides a reliable test basis for the design and improvement of the seal of water-filled impedance tube.
