摘  要:融合透射法与散射法,基于CKS32F030,设计了高精度、高可靠性的智能浊度传感器。该传感器可智能切换量程,解决单一测量方法量程受限的问题。合理设计光信号采集电路,使低浊度小信号也能够被精准测量。使用单独高精度模数转换芯片,采用分时复用法,有效采集三路光电信号。优化传统三个模数转换通道采集三路光电信号方式,起到降低功耗和节约成本的作用。对红外光源控制方式以及器件老化情况进行研究,通过脉冲宽度调制算法实现红外光源间断性工作,满足测量精度要求并充分延长光源使用寿命。浊度传感器组装过程科学、规范。经过测试,浊度传感器测量精密度高、范围广、重复性误差小,能够满足恶劣环境使用要求。该传感器结合无线传输技术与储能技术,在水文测报、水质检测等领域可实现远程免维护监控。Fusing the transmission method and scattering method,a high-precision and high-reliability intelligent turbidity sensor is designed based on CKS32F030.The sensor can intelligently switch the range to solve the problem of limited range of a single measurement method.Reasonable design of the optical signal acquisition circuit,so that low turbidity small signal can also be measured accurately.Three photoelectric signals by using a separate high-precision analog-to-digital converter chip,using time-sharing multiplexing method,effective are collected.The traditional three analog-to-digital conversion channels are optimized to collect three photoelectric signals,to reduce power consumption and cost savings.The infrared light source control and device aging are researched,through the pulse width modulation algorithm to achieve the infrared light source intermittent work to meet the requirements of measurement accuracy and fully extend the service life of the light source.Turbidity sensor assembly process is scientific and standardized.After testing,the turbidity sensor has high measurement precision,wide range,small repeatability error,and can meet the requirements for use of harsh environment.The sensor combined with wireless transmission technology and energy storage technology,in the hydrological reporting,water quality testing and other fields can realize remote maintenance-free monitoring.
