摘　　要：布线式传感器结合多通道巡检仪难以满足密封型热仪器的温场校准需求。因此,研制了基于热敏材料的温场验证仪。首先,介绍了负温度系数(NTC)热敏材料的选型,以及稳定性特性。采用传统单片机技术,设计了双向恒流源激励单元和精密温度采集单元,研制了一种新型存储式热敏电阻传感器温场验证仪。然后,经权威机构校准定型,该验证仪的温度测量范围为0~150℃,示值误差小于±0.15℃,优于铂电阻传感器的温场验证仪,可替代AA级铂电阻作为温度标准器。最后,采用该验证仪对真空干燥箱进行校准,显示真空下的温度偏差为-5.12℃,远远大于大气压的-0.21℃。研究结果为密封型仪器(真空箱、灭菌器等)计量技术规范的编制提供数据支撑和技术指导。It is difficult for wired sensors combined with multi-channel inspection instruments to meet the temperature field calibration requirements of sealed thermal instruments.Therefore,a temperature field verifier based on thermosensitive materials has been developed.Firstly,the selection of negative temperature coefficient(NTC)thermal material,and the stability characteristics are introduced.A new type of storage thermistor sensor temperature field verifier is developed by adopting traditional microcontroller technology and designing bi-directional constant current source excitation unit and precision temperature acquisition unit.Then,after calibration and finalization by authoritative institutions,the temperature measurement range of the verifier is 0~150℃,and the display value error is less than±0.15℃,which is better than the temperature field verifier of platinum resistance sensor,and it can be used instead of AA grade platinum resistance as a temperature standardizer.Finally,the verifier is used to calibrate the vacuum drying oven,showing that the temperature deviation under vacuum is-5.12℃,which is much larger than-0.21℃of atmospheric pressure.The results of the study provide data support and technical guidance for the preparation of measurement specifications for hermetically sealed instruments(vacuum chambers,sterilizers,etc.).
