摘  要:以某110 kV变电站故障造成的全场失电事故为例,通过对现场主变气体成分分析,结合主变保护动作情况、录波分析,确定故障点位置。引入面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)通信继电保护防越级跳闸系统,以电流正突变量作为保护元件启动条件,通过协调保护动作和过流保护时间以免发生越级保护动作,由中断服务程序执行电流保护和防越级跳闸判别。测试结果表明,故障发生在主变低压侧和电流互感器(CT)间存在的保护死区。由于复压闭锁条件未开放,1#主变高后备无法满足闭锁条件,造成高后备变动作失误,引起1#主变差动保护动作,出现全场失电。采用基于GOOSE通信的继电保护系统能有效提升变电站继电保护的灵敏度和实时性。Taking a 110 kV substation fault caused by the whole field loss of power accident as an example,the location of the fault point is determined by analyzing the gas composition of the main transformer at the scene,combined with the main transformer protection action situation and recorded wave analysis.The generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE)communication relay protection anti-overrun trip system is introduced to take the positive mutation amount of current as the starting condition of the protection element,to avoid the occurrence of overrun protection action by coordinating the protection action and overcurrent protection time,and to execute the current protection and anti-overrun trip discrimination by the interrupt service program.The test results show that the fault occurs in the protection dead zone between the low voltage side of the main transformer and the current transformer(CT).As the re-voltage blocking conditions are not opened,the high backup of 1#main transformer could not meet the blocking conditions,resulting in the operation error of the high backup,causing the differential protection action of 1#main transformer,and the whole field lost power.The relay protection system based on GOOSE communication can effectively improve the sensitivity and real-time performance of substation relay protection.
