摘 要:为解决外套钢管夹层混凝土加固柱施工时需对2个半圆钢管进行焊接,工作量大、有焊接残余应力等问题,提出对2个半圆钢管采用高强螺栓连接的外套钢管夹层混凝土加固柱。建立29个有限元模型,研究高强螺栓尺寸、螺栓间距、钢管厚度、钢管强度对采用螺栓连接的外套钢管加固柱轴压性能的影响,并提出钢管螺栓连接设计方法和加固柱轴压承载力计算方法。研究结果表明:加固后,柱的承载力提高2.34~3.07倍,外套螺栓连接钢管加固柱与外套焊接连接钢管加固柱的承载力比值大于0.98;所提出的螺栓连接单元环向拉力计算公式与有限元模拟的计算结果吻合良好;高强螺栓在达到极限承载力时按承压型螺栓设计,轴压承载力按0.95倍的外套焊接连接钢管夹层混凝土加固柱计算,设计结果偏安全。In order to solve the problems of welding two semi-circular steel tubes,large workload and welding residual stress in the construction of steel tube and sandwiched concrete jacketed RC columns,a steel tube and sandwiched concrete jacketed RC columns connected by high-strength bolts is proposed.A total of 29 finite element models were established to study the effects of high-strength bolt size,bolt spacing,steel pipe thickness,and steel pipe strength on the axial compression performance of reinforced columns with outer steel tubes connected by bolts.The design method of steel tube bolt connection and the calculation method of axial compression bearing capacity of reinforced columns were proposed.The results show that after reinforcement,the bearing capacity of the column is increased by 2.34~3.07 times,and the bearing capacity ratio of the bolt-connected steel tube and sandwiched concrete jacketed RC column and the one with welded steel tube was found to be greater than 0.98.The proposed formula for calculating the circumferential tension of bolted connection units was in good agreement with the calculation results of finite element simulation.High-strength bolts could be designed as pressurebearing bolts when reaching the ultimate bearing capacity.The axial bearing capacity could be calculated as 0.95times of the welded steel tube and sandwiched concrete jacketed RC column,and the design result is safe.
