摘 要:静压法预应力管桩可有效提高地基承载力,是软土地基加固处理的常用方法之一,但目前施工质量管控主要依靠人工旁站,效率低、无法监测全覆盖,无法科学评估施工质量。基于物联网技术的静压法预应力管桩施工全过程实时监控系统能实时监测每根桩施工过程中的桩长、桩压力、垂直度和桩位,可做到施工数据的实时跟踪,并及时预警。该监控系统应用于软基处理工程,可全面监控管桩施工全过程,大幅提升管桩施工质量管理水平。Prestressed pipe pile with static pressure method can effectively improve the bearing capacity of foundation,which is one of the common methods for soft soil foundation reinforcement.However,the current construction quality control mainly relies on manual side station,which is inefficient,unable to monitor the full coverage,and unable to scientifically evaluate the construction quality.The real-time monitoring system of the whole process of static pressure prestressed pipe pile construction based on the Internet of things technology can monitor the pile length,pile pressure,verticality and pile position in the construction process of each pile in real time,and can track the construction data in real time and give early warning in time.The monitoring system is applied to the soft foundation treatment project,which can comprehensively monitor the whole process of pipe pile construction and greatly improve the quality management level of pipe pile construction.
