摘 要:城区的新建与改造使建筑物对土体的作用力增加,由此产生的附加应力将会对既有管线产生影响。为研究附加应力对管道的影响,将地表重载等占压荷载产生的附加应力简化为均布荷载,并利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立管土相互作用模型,研究地表均布荷载作用下管道的受力与变形特点。通过与相关文献中的试验结果进行对比,验证了有限元分析方法的合理性与有效性。基于已验证模型的建模方法建立了20个管土作用模型,计算并分析了荷载大小、荷载位置、管道埋深、土体变形模量与管道材料等参数变化对埋地管道受力与变形的影响。研究表明:荷载越大、荷载位置越近、管道埋深越浅、土体变形模量越小,埋地管道的Mises应力与竖向位移越大;此外,管道材料的种类对埋地管道力学性能有明显影响,HDPE受力变形大、分布应力均较小,钢管受力变形小、局部应力较大,在工程实际应用中应综合考虑不同管道受力与变形特性及其他使用需求进行管材选型。The new construction and reconstruction of the urban area increase the force of the building on the soil,and the resulting additional stress will affect the existing pipeline.In order to study the influence of additional stress on pipelines,the additional stress caused by the heavy load on the surface is simplified as the even load,and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the pipe-soil interaction model to study the stress and deformation characteristics of the pipeline under the even load on the surface.By comparing with the experimental results in the relevant literature,the rationality and effectiveness of the finite element analysis method are verified.Based on the modeling method of the verified model,20 pipe-soil interaction models were established.The effects of parameters such as load size,load position,buried depth of pipeline,soil deformation modulus and pipeline material on the stress and deformation of buried pipeline were calculated and analyzed.The results show that the greater the load,the closer the load position,the shallower the buried depth of the pipeline,the smaller the soil deformation modulus,the greater the Mises stress and vertical displacement of the buried pipeline.In addition,the types of pipeline materials had a significant impact on the mechanical properties of buried pipelines.The deformation of HDPE is large and the distribution stress is small.The deformation of steel pipe is small and the local stress is large.In practical engineering applications,different pipeline stress and deformation characteristics and other use requirements should be comprehensively considered to select pipe materials.
