摘 要:为减少大体积混凝土施工过程中有害裂缝的产生,保证混凝土浇筑质量,提高混凝土结构的安全性和耐久性,依托于大明宫雁塔购物广场地下车库工程,采用数值模拟、工程应用等方法开展大体积混凝土基础筏板无缝整浇施工技术研究。采用数值模拟的方法进行大体积混凝土施工期温度场分析,与此同时,结合数值模拟分析结果提出有效可靠的大体积混凝土施工措施,并对施工过程中的混凝土结构应力应变及温度测量装置进行优化,应用至背景工程。结果表明,优化后的测量装置能在保证测量精度的同时,实现同一测点处多方向测量,可大大提高大体积混凝土基础筏板无缝整浇施工过程中的效率。In order to reduce the generation of harmful cracks in the construction process of mass concrete,ensure the quality of concrete pouring,and improve the safety and durability of concrete structures,relying on the underground garage project of Yanta Shopping Plaza in Daming Palace,the numerical simulation and engineering application methods are used to carry out the research on the seamless pouring construction technology of mass concrete foundation raft.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the temperature field of mass concrete during construction.At the same time,combined with the numerical simulation analysis results,effective and reliable mass concrete construction measures are proposed,and the concrete structure stress and strain and temperature measurement devices during construction are optimized and applied to the background project.The results show that the optimized measuring device can realize multi-directional measurement at the same measuring point while ensuring the measurement accuracy,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the seamless pouring construction process of mass concrete foundation raft.
