摘  要:赞比亚下凯富峡水电站发电洞上弯段混凝土衬砌施工中,存在上弯段弯弧部位悬空跨度大、混凝土浇筑量大、结构体型不规则、体型控制要求高等问题,研究采取定制定型钢桁架模板+搭设施工支撑平台的施工方案。竖井滑模施工完成后,在垂直段与上弯段的切点桩号处搭设支撑平台,用以承担模板系统自重、新浇筑混凝土质量及施工脚手架自重等施工荷载;支撑平台采用工字钢上满铺10mm厚钢板的设计,结构计算分析表明平台结构应力变形满足承载力和规范要求;施工完成后支撑平台采用悬挂自制弧形钢筋爬梯分块切割的方法拆除。工程应用实践表明,上述方案解决了弯段混凝土浇筑成型和模板支撑安装拆除等难题,实现了安全快速施工。During the concrete lining construction of the upper bending section of the power generation tunnel of the Kafue Gorge Lower Hydropower Station in Zambia,there are problems such as large suspended span,large amount of concrete pouring,irregular structure and high shape control requirements at the curved part of the upper bending section.The construction scheme of steel truss formwork+erection of construction support platform is studied and adopted.After the completion of the sliding form construction of the shaft,a support platform is set up at the tangent point of the vertical section and the upper bending section to bear the construction loads such as the self-weight of the formwork system,the weight of the newly poured concrete and the self-weight of the construction scaffold.The supporting platform is designed with I-beam covered with 10mm thick steel plate.The structural calculation and analysis show that the stress and deformation of the platform structure meet the bearing capacity and specification requirements.After the construction is completed,the support platform is dismantled by the method of hanging self-made arc-shaped steel ladder block cutting.Engineering application practice shows that the above solution solves the problems of concrete pouring and forming of the curved section and the installation and removal of formwork support,and realizes safe and rapid construction.
