摘 要:针对核电建设HRB500带肋高强钢筋螺纹质量检测问题,设计了适用于加工生产线上使用的螺纹检测设备,提出利用夹紧时轴线偏移量结合扭矩值判断螺纹质量的方法。通过对二爪同步夹具夹紧时产生的轴线偏移量建模求解,得到轴线偏移量变化范围,并给出减小偏移的解决方案;采用选定扭矩值对旋入阶段螺纹进行检测,并利用拉伸实验对检测方法的有效性进行了校验。结果表明,该检测方法具有较强的鲁棒性,是实际工况下进行螺纹质量分析的一种可行方法。In response to the quality inspection of HRB500 ribbed high-strength steel bar threads in nuclear power construction,a thread inspection mechanism suitable for use on processing production lines has been designed.A method for determining thread quality using the axis offset during clamping combined with torque values is proposed.By modeling and solving the axis offset generated during the clamping of the two claw synchronous fixture,the range of axis offset variation is obtained,and a solution to reduce the offset is provided;The selected torque value was used to detect the thread during the screw-in stage,and the effectiveness of the detection method was verified through tensile experiments.The results indicate that the detection method has strong robustness and is a feasible method for thread quality analysis under actual working conditions.
