摘  要:针对现有熔融沉积成型(FDM)彩色3D打印机混色不均匀、打印色彩不丰富、打印质量差等问题,该文提出一种集成3色搅拌混合打印喷头的FDM彩色3D打印机系统。首先,基于FDM彩色3D打印机的工作原理,将减法混色法与FDM技术有机结合;然后,分别设计FDM彩色3D打印机的三轴运动系统、集成温控模块的打印平台、混色打印喷头和打印机控制系统;最后,使用Fluent软件对混色打印喷头的搅拌挤料过程进行流体仿真分析。经验证,集成搅拌功能的混色打印喷头可有效实现3种颜色材料按设定比例搅拌生成新颜色材料并挤出打印。Aiming at the problems of existing fused deposition modeling(FDM)colorful 3D printers,such as uneven color mixing,poor color printing and poor printing quality,a kind of FDM colorful 3D printer system with 3 colorful mixing printer nozzle is proposed.Firstly,based on the working principle of FDM colorful 3D printer,the subtraction color mixing method is organically combined with FDM technology;Secondly,the three-axis motion system,the printing platform integrated with temperature control module,the colorful printer nozzle and the control system of the FDM colorful 3D printer are designed and studied in detail;Finally,the Fluent software is used to conduct fluid simulation analysis on the mixing and squeezing process of the colorful printer nozzle.It is proved that the colorful printer nozzle with integrated mixing function could effectively realize the mixing of three colorful materials,and generate new colorful material for extrusion printing.
