摘 要:合理确定多能互补系统内不同能源的并网优先级对于效能提升具有重要作用。为此,本文提出大型水电与光伏互补运行的并网优先级确定方法。首先,建立长-短期嵌套调度模型对水光互补运行过程进行精细模拟;其次,从发电经济性、资源利用率以及供电可靠性三个维度,建立多能互补效能评估指标体系;最后,设置水电优先、光伏优先、汛期水电优先且非汛期光伏优先三种典型情景,对比效能指标以确定并网优先级。以西藏忠玉水光互补、黄河上游龙羊峡水光互补电站为实例,结果表明:光伏优先并网的运行方式可以更好地发挥多能互补效能。研究结果可为多能互补系统的高效运行提供决策支持。Determining the grid integration priority of different power sources in a hybrid generation system(HGS)plays an important role in improving the system performance.To this end,we propose a method for determining the grid integration priority of hydropower and large-scale photovoltaic(PV)in a hydro-PV HGS.First,a long-and short-term nested operation model is established to simulate the joint operation process of hydropower and PV power in detail.Second,a complementary efficiency evaluation system is established from three aspects:power generation economy,resource use efficiency,and power supply reliability.Finally,three gird integration scenarios are set and compared to determine the grid integration priority,namely,hydropower priority,PV priority,and hydropower priority in flood season,PV priority in non-flood season.China's Longyangxia and Zhongyu hydro-PV HGSs are selected as case studies.The results show that PV with higher grid integration priority can better exert the system performance.This finding could provide support for the informed decision-making for the HGS.
