汽轮机调节级隔断尺寸对流动特性的影响研究

摘  要:针对调节级喷嘴以半周方式布置的小型工业汽轮机,采用CFD方法研究了在100%负荷工况下喷嘴隔断周向尺寸对调节级流动和激励力的影响。在喷嘴周向间距a不变的情况下,通过改变隔断周向尺寸b,设计了4种方案,b/a分别为0.5、1.5、2.5和3.5。数值研究结果表明:隔断周向尺寸的增加会导致下游静叶70%弦长处静压升高,流道内气体出现强烈的膨胀和压缩现象,影响调节级效率。此外,隔断周向尺寸的变化会影响单个动叶的汽流激励力的主导频率,但对整圈动叶的汽流激励力主导频率没有影响,只影响动叶振幅。研究成果可为调节级隔断设计提供参考。Taking a small scale industrial steam turbine with semi-circular arrangement of governing stage nozzles as research objective,the effect of circumferential partition of nozzles on the flow characteristics and excitation force of the governing stage under 100%load was researched using CFD method.Four schemes were designed by changing the circumferential partition b while the circumferential spacing a was kept as a constant,getting b/a values of 0.5,1.5,2.5,and 3.5.The numerical research results indicated that the increase of the circumferential partition would lead to increase of the static pressure at 70%chord length of the downstream stationary blade,resulting in strong expansion and compression of the steam in the flow channel,and the efficiency of the governing stage would be affected.In addition,the change of circumferential partition would affect the dominant frequency of the steam excitation force on a single rotating blade,while it would have no impact on the dominant frequency of the steam excitation force on the whole stage of rotating blades,that is to say,only the amplitude would be influenced.The research results can provide reference for design of partition layout in governing stages.
