摘 要:以某300 MW燃煤发电机组性能试验为例,比较了用全厂性能试验标准(ASME-PTC46-2015)和汽轮机性能试验标准(ASME-PTC6-2004)计算得到的热耗数据,结果表明,按ASME-PTC46计算得到的净热耗为9976.1 kJ/(kW·h),按ASME-PTC6计算得到的净热耗为9892.1 kJ/(kW·h)。ASME-PTC46对电厂设备和整个系统的总体能耗考核要求更加严格。分析表明,不同试验标准在试验要求和边界条件方面的差异,是导致热耗计算结果有一定差异的主要原因。ASME-PTC46标准更能真实反映机组实际运行的整体经济性水平,而ASME-PTC6适用于高要求的大型汽轮机性能试验。Taking the performance test of a 300MW coal-fired power unit as an example,the heat rate calculated by means of Performance Test Code on Overall Plant Performance(ASME-PTC46-2015)and Steam Turbine Performance Test Code(ASME-PTC6-2004)was compared.The net heat rate calculated by means of ASME-PTC46 was 9976.1 kJ/(kW·h),and the result obtained as per ASME-PTC6 was 9892.1 kJ/(kW·h).ASME-PTC46 has stricter requirements for energy consumption assessment of power plant equipment and the entire system.The analysis shows that the difference between the two test standards in aspects of test requirements and boundary conditions is the main cause of the difference of heat rate calculation results.ASME-PTC46 can reflect the overall economy level of unit actual operation with more accuracy,while ASME-PTC6 is applicable to performance test for large scale steam turbine with high requirements.
