摘 要:为落实节能减排政策,越来越多的电厂需要进行超临界汽轮机通流改造。主要介绍上海汽轮机厂采用先进技术对某超临界600 MW汽轮机通流部分进行改造优化的情况,主要包括调节级和压力级中小叶片与汽封的改型。改造后该机组煤耗、热耗率降低,缸效提高。本次优化改造达到了节能降耗的目标,对同类型机组的通流改造具有指导和借鉴作用。To implement the policy of energy saving and emission reduction,more and more power plants are required to improve flow path in supercritical steam turbines.The flow path optimization of a supercritical 600 MW steam turbine carried out by Shanghai Turbine Plant with advanced technology is presented,and the retrofits including small and medium blades of control and pressure stages as well as seals are emphasized.After the retrofit,the coal consumption and heat rate of the unit are reduced,and the cylinder efficiency is improved.This optimization has achieved the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction,and can provide guidance and reference for the flow path optimization of the same type of units.
