摘 要:针对某型超超临界汽轮机高压转子结构复杂、加工难度大的问题,对该高压转子加工工艺难点进行了分析,确定了加工工艺流程,从转子车削装夹校调方案、T型槽加工工艺、末叶插入槽加工方法、联轴器孔加工精度等方面进行了分析,阐述了该高压转子加工方案的内容。测量结果显示采用该方案加工后的高压转子尺寸数据均满足设计要求。研究成果可为超超临界机组高压转子加工提供参考。Aimed at the problem of difficult production of high pressure rotor with complex structure in an ultra-supercritical steam turbine,the difficulties in its processing were analyzed,and the processing scheme was set.Analysis was conducted from aspects of clamping and adjustment scheme of rotor turning,T-groove processing technology,processing method of insert groove for last stage blade,machining accuracy of coupling hole,etc.,and the research process of this technology was expounded.The measurement results showed that with adoption of this process scheme,all the size data of the high pressure rotor could meet the design requirements.The research results can provide reference for the production of high pressure rotor in ultra-supercritical units.
