摘  要:对一起机组非计划停运事故进行了详细分析,指出事故原因是1号中调阀卸荷阀上部至超速保护控制(OPC)母管逆止阀密封圈缺失,导致逆止阀内漏,在拆卸卸荷阀处理漏油缺陷时漏油量加大,致使OPC母管泄压。根据分析结果给出了相关防范措施。研究成果可为同类电厂处理类似问题提供借鉴。Analysis was carried out on an unplanned outage accident of a steam turbine unit in detail,and it was indicated that the seal ring was missing,which should be installed in the non-return valve connecting the upper part of the unloading valve of No.1 medium pressure regulating valve and the header of the over-speed protect controller(OPC),resulting in the internal leakage of the non-return valve.The oil leakage increased during disassembling the unloading valve,thus the pressure in the OPC header was relieved.Corresponding provention measures were put forward based on the analysis results.The research results can provide reference for handling similar problems in power plants of the same type.
