摘  要:对滑动摩擦元件与复位橡胶元件并联组成的自复位刚性滑板隔震支座进行压剪试验研究,针对不同竖向压应力、不同水平位移幅值及刚性滑块不同初始位置对其力学性能的影响进行分析。结果表明:自复位刚性滑板隔震支座滞回曲线饱满,具备较好的耗能效果,且耗能与竖向压力、水平位移幅值的大小成正比,但刚性滑块与限位块发生碰撞时滞回曲线发生突变。在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立试验试件等比模型,结合数值模拟结果分析突变原因,对支座构造进行创新性优化并详细介绍支座工作原理。对优化后的支座进行压剪试验与数值模拟,对比试验数据与模拟数据,结果表明:自复位刚性滑板隔震支座滞回曲线突变问题得以解决,相比于优化前,其构造更加合理,性能更加稳定。A compression⁃shear test of a self⁃centering rigid sliding plate isolation bearing composed of a sliding friction element and reset rubber element in parallel is carried out.The influence of different vertical compressive stresses,different horizontal displacement amplitudes,and different initial positions of a rigid sliding block on its mechanical properties is analyzed.The results show that the hysteresis curves of the self⁃resetting rigid sliding plate isolation bearing are full and have a good energy dissipation effect.The energy dissipation is proportional to the vertical pressure and the horizontal displacement amplitude.However,the rigid slider and the limit block cause a sudden change in the collision time⁃lag curve.The equivalent model of the test specimen was established in the finite element software ABAQUS,and the cause of the mutation was analyzed in combination with the numerical simulation results.The bearing structure was innovatively optimized,and the optimized bearing was subjected to compression⁃shear tests and numerical simulation.The testing data and simulation data were compared.The results show that the problem of sudden changes in the hysteresis curves of self⁃resetting rigid sliding plate isolation bearings has been solved,and their structure is more reasonable and their performance is more stable after the optimization.
