梁损伤对既有钢筋混凝土框架结构的性能影响

摘  要:对既有建筑适老化改造过程中需在梁上开孔洞的情况进行了模拟,为判断开孔洞方案的可行性提供评价思路及定量的数值指导。考虑开孔洞梁数量、位置及分布方式,建立不同工况下带梁损伤的单层结构及整体框架结构的数值模型,研究梁损伤对框架结构的承载能力和抗震性能的影响。结果表明:梁损伤导致单层框架结构的极限承载力最大下降0.78%,峰值位移的出现提前1.15s;梁损伤导致整体框架结构的周期比最大增加14.51%,层间位移角最大增加26.49%,对整体框架结构的承载力和抗震性能有一定影响,但仍在规范允许范围内。The simulation of opening holes on the beams of existing buildings during the transformation for the elderly provides evaluation ideas and quantitative numerical guidance for judging the feasibility of the hole opening scheme.Taking into consideration the number,location and distribution of opening beams,the numerical models of single⁃story structures and whole frame structures with beam damage under different working conditions were established to study the influence of beam damage on the bearing capacity and seismic performance of frame structures.The results show that the beam damage leads to a maximum decrease of 078%in the ultimate bearing capacity of the single⁃layer frame structure,a peak displacement occurrence of 115s in advance,a maximum increase of 1451%in the cycle ratio of the whole frame structure,and a maximum increase of 2649%in the inter⁃story displacement angle,respectively.Despite their certain influence on the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the whole frame structure,the influence is still within the allowable range of the specification.
