摘 要:以提升恒太河大桥900t大承载后支点挂篮的安全可靠性、技术先进性和自动化程度为目的,通过分析挂篮设计难点,构思挂篮总体设计,采取分体式螺杆主桁支点与孔道式主桁后锚、双向铰接螺杆微调式悬吊系统、抬吊主桁轨行式液压顶推同步前移的行走方式、托架式撑杆系统支承调节的内模、无级调节宽度的底模、可视化智能安全监控系统等设计与创新,有效保证了挂篮结构本质安全与行走安全,提升了桥梁施工质量和工效。Based on the purpose of improving the safety,reliability,technical advancement and automation degree of the hanging basket of the 900t large bearing rear fulcrum of Hengtai River Bridge,the overall design of the hanging basket is conceived by analyzing the design difficulties of the hanging basket.The intrinsic safety and walking safety of the hanging basket structure are effectively ensured,and the bridge construction quality and work efficiency are improved by adopting the design of the split screw main truss fulcrum and the channel main truss rear anchor,the two⁃way hinged screw fine⁃tuning suspension system,the walking mode of the lifting main truss rail⁃type hydraulic jacking synchronous moving forward,the internal model of the support adjustment of the bracket⁃type strut system,the bottom model of the stepless regulation width,and the visual intelligent safety monitoring system,etc.
