摘 要:基于复杂异形钢结构精确定位与安装技术难等问题,以虎门TOD项目钢结构工程为背景,采用现场实测方法分别探讨三维空间坐标定位难点、复杂钢结构精确定位和超长空间弯扭结构预拼装定位及两者安装技术。探究表明,采用复杂钢结构精确定位及安装技术可有效提高定位精度且保证施工效率和质量;对外部管桁架壳体腹杆相贯面旋转就位技术进行创新,可实现多杆同步吊装;采用多点支撑胎架方式支撑受力部位,实测标高数据和标准值吻合良好。Based on the difficulties of precise positioning and installation technology of complex specialshaped steel structure,taking the steel structure engineering of Humen TOD project as the background,the positioning difficulties of three-dimensional space coordinates,precise positioning of complex steel structure,pre-assembly positioning of super long space bending and torsion structure and their installation technology are discussed by using the field measurement method.The research shows that the precise positioning and installation technology of complex steel structure can effectively improve the positioning accuracy and ensure the construction efficiency and quality.The technology of rotating the intersecting surface of the web member of the external pipe truss shell is innovated,which can realize the synchronous hoisting of multiple members.The multi-point supporting bed-jig is used to support the stressed part,and the measured elevation data is in good agreement with the standard value.
