摘　　要：为解决粮库储油立式钢储罐安装及立面除锈防腐施工危险系数大、施工效率低问题,进行专项施工工装和工艺开发。开发新型提升装置、可360°旋转的内外立面吊篮,创新立式钢储罐倒装法安装提升技术、基于新型吊篮的内外除锈防腐施工技术。实践表明,该技术降低了风险,提高了工效。In order to solve the problems of large risk coefficient and low construction efficiency in the installation of vertical steel storage tanks,and the construction of rust removal and anti-corrosion of facades in grain depots,special construction tools and processes were developed.New lifting devices and 360°rotating internal and external facade hanging baskets were developed,and the installation and lifting technology of vertical steel storage tanks by inverted method and the construction technology of internal and external rust removal and anti-corrosion based on new hanging baskets were innovated.Practice shows that the technology reduces the risk and improves the efficiency.
