预铺反粘防水卷材外防内贴法在工程中的应用

摘　　要：以天津中信城市广场三期B地块项目为例,对新型HDPE合成高分子预铺反粘防水卷材外防内贴法在防水工程中的设计理念和技术应用进行科学分析。针对该项目地下结构埋置较深、基坑近乎垂直开挖、毗邻河边地下水位高等特点,采用侧墙基坑垂直开挖段外防内贴法防水施工工法,既满足了项目防水施工要求,又满足了项目单侧支模对防水的基层条件、受力韧性、卷材搭接甩茬及关键节点处理等方面提出的要求。该HDPE预铺反粘防水系统不仅保证了项目防水的可靠性,又进一步提升了工程防水质量标准。Taking Tianjin CITC City Plaze phaseⅢB plot project as a case,this paper makes a scientific analysis of the design concept and technical application of the new HDPE synthetic polymer pre-laid antisticking waterproofing coiled materials external and internal sticking method in the waterproof engineering.In view of the characteristics of the project,such as deep buried underground structure,nearly vertical excavation of foundation excavation,high groundwater level adjacent to the river,the waterproof construction method of external protection and internal sticking method in the vertical excavation section of side wall foundation excavation meets the requirements of waterproof construction of the project,and also meets the requirements of the unilateral formwork of the project on the waterproof base condition,stress toughness,coil lapping and stubble and key joint treatment.The HDPE pre-laid anti-sticking waterproof system not only ensures the reliability of the project waterproof,but also further improves the engineering waterproof quality standard.
