摘  要:灌浆套筒预制拼装桥墩作为一种有效的连接方式被广泛应用,这种新型连接方式的应用给质量监督管理部门带来挑战。以足尺钢筋的套筒拉伸件抗拔试验和循环加载试验的试验结果为对象,分析灌浆套筒拉伸件力学性能关键因素。以现场预制足尺桥墩和现浇足尺桥墩试验结果为例,比较预制拼装桥墩破坏特点。根据试验现象,对灌浆套筒预制拼装桥墩生产和预制拼装全过程要点进行分析。Grouting sleeve prefabricated piers are widely used as an effective connection method.The application of this new connection method brings challenges to the quality supervision and management part.Taking the test results of the pull-out test and cyclic loading test of the full-scale steel sleeve tension member as the object,the key factors of the mechanical properties of the grouting sleeve tension member are analyzed.Taking the test results of field prefabricated full-scale piers and cast-in-place full-scale piers as examples,the failure characteristics of prefabricated assembled piers are compared.According to the experimental phenomenon,the main points of the whole process of production and prefabricated assembly of grouting sleeve prefabricated piers are analyzed.
