摘 要:随着中国人口老龄化,老年髋部骨折患者数量逐年递增。营养不良在老年髋部骨折患者中普遍存在,会显著增加患者的住院时间、并发症发生率及术后死亡率。本文旨在回顾总结不同生物标志物、营养不良筛查工具对老年髋部骨折患者营养状况评估的最新研究进展,使医生在临床实践中正确评价老年髋部骨折患者的营养状况、科学地进行营养干预及治疗,从而为促进髋部骨折患者术后恢复、减少并发症和死亡率提供参考依据。With the aging population in China,the number of elderly patients with hip fracture is increasing year by year.Malnutrition is common in the elderly patients with hip fracture,which can significantly increase the hospital stay,complication rate and postoperative mortality of patients.The purpose of this article is to review and summarize the latest research progress of different biomarkers and malnutrition screening tools in evaluating the nutritional status of elderly hip fracture patients,so as to provide a reference basis for doctors to correctly evaluate the nutritional status of elderly patients with hip fracture in clinical practice,and scientifically conduct nutritional intervention and treatment,so as to promote the postoperative recovery of patients with hip fracture,reduce complications and mortality.
