摘  要:针对川芎扦插人工成本较高、效率低等问题,设计一种鸭嘴式川芎扦插装备。该装备主要由扦插机构、覆土机构等构成,能够一次性完成4行苓种扦插、覆土等作业。建立鸭嘴式栽植器仿真模型,分析其运动轨迹,探讨满足农艺要求的适合投苗点,依据破土面积较小、直立度较好等原则,结合“零速投苗原理”确立鸭嘴端点的运动轨迹与相关的技术参数,通过现场试验验证倒插率、漏插率、重插率、倒伏率、伤苗率、未填埋率等关键性能指标均小于5%,能够较好地满足川芎扦插农艺要求。Aiming at the problems of high labor cost and low efficiency of Chuanxiong cuttings,a duck-billed Chuanxiong cutting equipment was designed.The equipment is mainly composed of cutting mechanism,soil covering mechanism,etc.,which can complete cutting and soil covering of 4 rows at one time.A simulation model of the duckbill planter was established,its movement track was analyzed,and the suitable seedling point was explored to meet the agronomic requirements.The duckbill was established based on the principles of smaller broken soil area and better erection,combined with the principle of zero-speed seedling throwing.The movement trajectory and related technical parameters of the machine were verified by field tests,so as to verify that the key performance indicators such as inverted insertion rate,missed insertion rate,reinsertion rate,lodging rate,damaged seedling rate,and unfilled rate were all less than 5%,which could well meet the agronomic requirements for Chuanxiong cuttings.
