摘　　要：[目的/意义]战略情报评估是支撑国家层面战略决策的坚实保障,探究战略情报评估体系优化路径对于高效高质开展情报工作、维护国家安全具有重要意义。[方法/过程]梳理战略情报评估的内涵,总结复杂环境下战略情报评估的新要求,对战略情报评估体系的要素组成进行分析,在智库双螺旋法指导下构建战略情报评估体系,并提出相应保障措施。[结果/结论]基于智库双螺旋法提出的战略情报体系能够有效应对复杂环境带来的桎梏,适时防范化解国家安全问题,助力巩固提高一体化国家战略体系和能力。[Purpose/significance] The evaluation of the strategic intelligence is a solid guarantee to support the national-level strategic decision-making.Exploring the optimization route of the strategic intelligence evaluation system is of great significance to carrying out intelligence work with high efficiency and quality,and maintaining national security.[Method/process] Understand the connotation of strategic intelligence evaluation,summarize the new requirements of strategic intelligence evaluation in a complex environment,analyze the elements of the strategic intelligence evaluation system,build a strategic intelligence evaluation system under the guidance of the think tank double helix method,and put forward relevant safeguard measure.[Result/conclusion] A strategic intelligence system based on the think tank double helix method can effectively deal with the shackles of a complex environment,prevent and resolve comprehensive national security problems promptly,and help improving the integrated national strategic system and capabilities.
