摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着历史档案、解密文献等馆藏资源逐步开放,探索开放馆藏资源的故事化方法,对促进馆藏资源的知识发现、知识服务及推动数字人文的发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]通过文献梳理归纳开放馆藏资源故事化的概念及目标,分析开放馆藏资源故事的组织范式及呈现设计,在此基础上构建开放馆藏资源故事化流程,并以公开的北洋政府时期国会馆藏资源为例进行实证。[结果/结论]面向开放馆藏资源的故事化流程是合理可用的,故事化过程及方法一定程度上降低了馆藏资源的使用门槛,为开放馆藏资源的深度开发利用提供了全新的故事化应用模式。[Purpose/significance] With the gradual opening of collection resources such as historical archives and declassified documents,exploring storytelling method of open collection is of great significance for promoting the knowledge discovery and service of collection resources,as well as promoting the development of digital humanities.[Method/process] Through literature review,this paper summarizes the concept and goal of open collection resources storytelling,then analyzes organizational paradigm and presentation design of open collection resources stories.On this basis,it builds the process of open collection resources storytelling,and takes the collection resources of the congress during Bei Yang government period as an example for demonstration.[Result/conclusion] The process of open collection resources storytelling is reasonable and available.The process and method of storytelling reduces the threshold for the use of open collection resources to a certain extent and provides a brand new storytelling application pattern for the deep exploitation of open collection resources.
