摘 要:通过火焰炉原子吸收光谱法(F-AAS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对水中银的含量进行比对测试,结果显示,2种方法检出限分别为0.003 mg/L和0.002 mg/L,精密度范围分别为0.48%~0.54%和0.52%~1.03%,实际样品加标回收率范围分别为95%~104%和98%~103%。测试结果表明,两种方法均能满足水中银含量的检测要求,都具有较好的灵敏度、精密度和准确度。A comparative test was conducted on the silver content in water using flame furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy(F-AAS)and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).The results showed that the detection limits of the two methods were 0.003 mg/L and 0.002 mg/L,respectively,and the precision ranges were 0.48%~0.54%and 0.52%~1.03%,respectively.The actual sample recovery rates were 95%~104%and 98%~103%,respectively.The test results show that both methods can meet the detection requirements for silver content in water,and both have good sensitivity,precision,and accuracy.
