摘 要:注氮气驱油技术在高温、高压、高盐、低渗透油藏中应用非常广泛,氮气主要采用膜分离和碳分子筛“减氧空气”法分离制得,注入氮气纯度直接影响驱油效果。基于此,对当前注氮气驱油技术中氮气纯度检验方法及原理进行分析,提出了检验方法中存在的问题,对氮气纯度检测方法进行针对性改进设计,为注氮气驱油技术提供准确数据。Nitrogen injection oil displacement technology is widely used in high temperature,high pressure,high salt,and low permeability reservoirs.Nitrogen is mainly produced by membrane separation and carbon molecular sieve"oxygen reducing air"separation,and the purity of injected nitrogen directly affects the oil displacement effect.Based on this,the current nitrogen purity testing methods and principles in nitrogen injection oil displacement technology are analyzed,and the problems in the testing methods are proposed.Targeted improvements are made to the nitrogen purity testing method,providing accurate data for nitrogen injection oil displacement technology.
