摘　　要：化工设备的平稳运行是化工产品的高效生产的前提保障,尤其是化工设备自身所处强腐蚀、高温、高压等生产环境,给化工设备平稳运行及维修工作带来了极大挑战。本文通过对状态监测相关技术内容及维护工作进行总结,以声发射技术为例对化工设备维护中的应用实例进行研究。The smooth operation of chemical equipment is a prerequisite for the efficient production of chemical products,especially in production environments such as strong corrosion,high temperature,and high pressure,which pose great challenges to the smooth operation and maintenance of chemical equipment.This article summarizes the technical content and maintenance work related to condition monitoring,and uses acoustic emission technology as an example to study the application examples in chemical equipment maintenance.
