摘 要:针对晋能控股装备制造集团某矿3#煤层原顺槽巷道支护在设计支护方式时,存在未充分考虑不同采动因素的影响,只采用了同一种支护设计以致支护效果相对较差的不足,介绍了该顺槽巷道原支护方案支护情况,基于工程地质条件结合工程实践经验并进行理论计算,优化了该顺槽巷道支护参数,进行了工程试验验证,观测了巷道围岩变形情况。观测应用结果表明:采用优化后的巷道支护方案后,巷道支护更牢固,支护成本更低,取得了较好的经济效益与安全效益。In response to the deficiency of not fully considering the influence of different mining factors when designing the support method for the original support of the 3#coal seam in a certain mine of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,only the same support design was used,resulting in relatively poor support effect.This article introduces the support situation of the original support plan for the tunnel,and based on engineering geological conditions and practical engineering experience,theoretical calculations are conducted to optimize the support parameters of the tunnel.Engineering experiments were conducted to verify and observe the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel.The observation and application results show that after adopting the optimized tunnel support scheme,the tunnel support is stronger,the support cost is lower,and good economic and safety benefits have been achieved.
