摘  要:针对煤矿井下上隅角煤层气超限问题突出,现有的井下煤层气抽采受限制多、抽采效果差的情况。提出了一种新的地面直井抽采工艺技术,对直井井身结构进行了研究,确定抽采直井应穿过煤层并把筛管设置到采动裂隙带边缘到冒落带的“三开”井身。对直井抽采工艺方案进行了研究,结果表明新的抽采工艺能够将单井的产气量提升到1.47万m^(3)/d以上,将井下上隅角煤层气的体积分数降低77.5%,取得了极好的煤层气治理效果。In response to the prominent problem of coalbed methane exceeding the limit in the upper corner of coal mines,the existing underground coalbed methane extraction is subject to many restrictions and has poor extraction efficiency.A new surface vertical well extraction technology has been proposed,and the structure of the vertical well has been studied.It has been determined that the extraction of the vertical well should pass through the coal seam and the sieve tube should be set to the"three openings"wellbore from the edge of the mining fracture zone to the caving zone.A study was conducted on the vertical well extraction process plan,and the results showed that the new extraction process can increase the gas production of a single well to over 14700 m^(3)/d,reduce the volume fraction of coalbed methane in the upper corner of the underground by 77.5%,and achieve excellent coalbed methane treatment results.
