摘 要:为了加大聚合物的生产效率,实现更多的聚合物材料的生产,更好地满足各个行业的发展需求,石油化工行业采用交联聚合物调剖或者采用二元、三元复合驱的措施,对提高开采率具有积极作用。但是大量的聚丙烯酰胺被注入地层,在地层剪切降解后部分聚合物随着采出液采出,导致集输系统聚合物含量升高,无形中就会对原油脱水和污水处理造成不同程度地影响。本文对聚合物对原油破乳脱水和污水处理的影响展开深入的研究。In order to increase the production efficiency of polymers,achieve more production of polymer materials,and better meet the development needs of various industries,the petrochemical industry,cross-linked polymer profile control or binary or ternary composite flooding measures are adopted,which have a positive effect on improving recovery rates.However,a large amount of polyacrylamide is injected into the formation,and after shear degradation in the formation,some of the polymers are extracted with the produced liquid,resulting in an increase in the polymer content of the gathering and transportation system,which invisibly affects the dehydration of crude oil and sewage treatment to varying degrees.This article conducts in-depth research on the impact of polymers on crude oil demulsification,dehydration,and wastewater treatment.
