摘  要:以某淀粉及副产品技改扩能项目为例,通过运用厌氧生物处理工艺和好氧生物处理工艺,去除淀粉生产过程中排放废水中的污染物。结合淀粉废水的水质特征,经过系统分析,严格计算,最终决定采用ABR反应器+CASS池+BAF池三者相结合的生物处理工艺。该设计流程简单,成本较低,处理效果较好,适用于大中型淀粉厂废水的处理。This paper took a case study of a technology transformation and expansion project of starch and by-products annually,and used anaerobic and aerobic biological treatment processes to remove pollutants from wastewater discharged during starch production.This paper combined the water quality characteristics of starch wastewater,and after systematic analysis and strict calculation,it was finally decided to adopt a biological treatment process that combines ABR reactor,CASS tank,and BAF tank.The design process was simple,the cost was low,and the treatment effect was good.It was suitable for the treatment of wastewater from large and medium-sized starch factories.
