摘　　要：作为学术公器的学术期刊的出版伦理问题一直占据于出版界学术主流视野。通过对国内当前学术期刊现状的考察,发现学术道德建设力度不足、学术资源配置难以优化、学术权力的分配难以公正公平公开等问题,正导致学术不端现象频频出现,屡禁不绝。以处于学术期刊出版重要环节的出版伦理作为研究主体,从学术期刊编辑实务出发,探究学术生产中学术不端行为产生的诸多现象及现实逻辑,提出了从构建学术不端防范机制、学术不端立体防范网络、严控学术出版流程等方面实现对学术期刊编辑实务中学术不端的防范建议。As an academic instrument,the publication ethics of academic journals has always occupied the mainstream view of the publishing industry.Through the investigation of the current situation of domestic academic journals,it is found that the lack of academic ethics construction,the difficulty in optimizing the allocation of academic resources,and the difficulty in distributing academic power in a fair and open manner,lead to the frequent occurrence of academic misconduct.Taking publication ethics,which is an important link in academic journal publishing,as the research subject,and starting from the editing practice of academic journals,this paper explores many phenomena and realistic logic of academic misconduct in academic production.This paper puts forward some suggestions to prevent academic misconduct in the editing practice of academic journals from the aspects of constructing the prevention mechanism of academic misconduct,three-dimensional prevention network of academic misconduct and strict control of academic publishing process.
