摘  要:探究在经济、环境、社会、技术四个层面的影响下城市地下物流系统(ULS)建设的适应性评价问题,为城市“绿色生活”提供方法路径。通过分析四个层面,构建了初选指标集,对指标集采用灰色统计法筛选,得到评价指标体系;再通过模糊物元建立评价模型,通过比较关联度确定各指标的评价等级。以上海市为例进行计算,发现:经济、环境、社会、技术的评价等级为良、良、优、良;总的ULS建设适应性评价等级为良,均为最优值。文章所建的评价指标体系和评价模型能促进城市可持续发展,为城市管理者提供可靠依据。This paper explores the adaptability evaluation of urban underground logistics system(ULS)construction under the influence of four levels of economy,environment,society and technology,and provides a method path for urban"green life".Through the analysis of four levels,the primary selection index set was constructed,and the gray statistical method was used to screen the indicator set to obtain the evaluation index system.Then,the evaluation model is established by fuzzy matter elements,and the evaluation level of each index is determined by comparing the correlation degree.Taking Shanghai as an example,it is found that the evaluation grades of economy,environment,society and technology are good,good,excellent and good;the overall ULS construction suitability evaluation rating is good,and all are optimal values.The evaluation index system and evaluation model established by this institute can promote the sustainable development of cities and provide a reliable basis for city managers.
