化瘀止血胶囊的薄层鉴别及急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:建立化瘀止血胶囊的薄层鉴别方法,并探讨其口服用药安全性。方法:采用薄层鉴别方法对处方中三七、延胡索进行定性鉴别,采用ICR小鼠经口灌服最大给药量,进行急性毒性实验。结果:薄层鉴别分离度效果好,专属性强;在最大给药量10.0 g生药/kg情况下,小鼠无明显的自主活动异常、未见相关毒性反应以及死亡现象。与空白对照组相比,在给药当天、给药前、给药后第7天、第14天小鼠体重无明显差异。结论:薄层鉴别操作简单、方便可行,可作为该制剂质量控制方法之一,且此剂量下口服用药安全可靠。Objective To establish a thin layer identification method for Huayu Zhixue Capsule and to explore its safety in oral administration.Methods The thin layer identification method was used to qualitatively identify Panax notoginseng and Corydalis yanhusata in the prescription.The maximum dosage of ICR mice was used for acute toxicity test.Results The thin layer identification was effective and specific.Under the maximum dose of 10.0 g crude drug/kg,no obvious abnormal autonomic activity,related toxic reactions and death were observed in mice.Compared with blank control group,there was no significant difference in body weight on the day of administration,before administration,7d and 14d after administration.Conclusion Thin layer identification is simple,convenient and feasible,and can be used as one of the quality control methods of this preparation.
