摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定新加香薷饮有效部位挥发油中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、麝香草酚、香荆芥酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm, 0.5μm);FID检测器;检测器温度240℃;进样口温度240℃;程序升温,以40℃为起始温度,保持2 min,以5℃/min升至70℃,以0.5℃/min升至74℃,以5℃/min升至110℃,以10℃/min升至140℃;载气为高纯度氮气(>99.99%);柱流量为2.0 mL/min;分流比为20∶1;进样量为1μL。结果:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、麝香草酚、香荆芥酚检测质量浓度的线性范围分别为0.09~0.61 mg/mL、0.28~1.93 mg/mL、0.18~1.29 mg/mL、0.07~0.47 mg/mL,(r值均大于0.999);检测限分别为0.31μg/mL、0.32μg/mL、0.25μg/mL、0.34μg/mL,精密度、重复性、稳定性(24 h)试验的RSD/%均小于0.03%,平均加样回收率分别为96.22%、94.79%、96.96%、99.35%,RSD均小于3%。结论:建立的含量测定方法稳定、可靠、准确可行,可作为新加香薷饮质量控制的有效方法。Objective To establish a method for determining the contents ofα-pinene,β-pinene,thymol and vitexin in volatile oil in the effective part of Xinjia Xiangru Decoction by gas chromatography.Methods The column was HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm).FID detector:Detector temperature 240℃;Inlet temperature 240℃;Programmed temperature increase,with 40℃as the starting temperature,maintained for 2 min,5℃/min to 70℃,0.5℃/min to 74℃,5℃/min to 110℃,10℃/min to 140℃;The carrier gas is high-purity nitrogen(>99.99%);The column flow rate was 2.0 mL/min;The split ratio is 20∶1 and the injection volume is 1μL.Results The linear ranges of mass concentrations ofα-pinene,β-pinene,thymol and vitex were 0.09-0.61 mg/mL,0.28-1.93 mg/mL,0.18-1.29 mg/mL,0.07-0.47 mg/mL,respectively,(r-values were greater than 0.999),the detection limits were 0.31μg/mL,0.32μg/mL,0.25μg/mL and 0.34μg/mL,respectively,and RSD/%of precision,repeatability and stability(24 h)all were less than 0.03%,the average dosing recovery rates were 96.22%,94.79%,96.96%,and 99.35%,respectively,and the RSD was less than 3%.Conclusion The established method is specific,rapid and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of Xinjia Xiangru Decoction.
