正交试验优化消乳增生软膏的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优化消乳增生软膏的提取工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交试验对消乳增生软膏的提取工艺进行研究。单因素试验以挥发油体积为指标,考察浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量对消乳增生软膏提取工艺的影响,正交试验以芥子硫氰酸盐含量、橙皮苷含量、干浸膏得率为指标,考察提取时间、提取次数、加水量对消乳增生软膏提取工艺的影响。结果:消乳增生软膏的最佳提取工艺为6倍加水量,提取2次,每次1 h。结论:该优化工艺可行,易操作,所得有效成分含量高,为以后开发成院内制剂打下基础。Objective To optimize the extraction process of xiao ru hyperplasia ointment.Methods The extraction method of xiao ru hyperplasia ointment was studied by single factor and orthogonal test.univariate test with volatile oil volume as the index,the investigation,soaking time,extraction time,liquid ratio on the influence of xiao ru hyperplasia ointment,orthogonal test with mustard thiocyanate content,tangerine peel content,dry extract rate as the index,the extraction time,extraction times,liquid ratio to the influence of xiao ru hyperplasia ointment.Results The best extraction process of xiao ru hyperplasia ointment is 1∶6 liquid ratio,extracted 2 times,1 h each.Conclusion The optimization process is feasible,Easy to operate,the high content of active ingredients,laying the foundation for the development of hospital preparation in the future.
