摘　　要：急性下肢缺血(ALI)再通术后会发生缺血再灌注(IR),IR不仅会对局部组织造成破坏,同样会引起肺脏、肾脏、肝脏、心脏等其他机体远端组织器官的功能损害,造成缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)。IRI具有多种发病机制,可能造成的不同不良后果对于临床治疗及护理提出了挑战。对IRI应从微观及宏观具体细致地了解认识,应纵观整个疾病的发展过程,着手预防,把握治疗。在清楚地认知该疾病的同时,明确IRI的发生机制、掌握IRI预防及治疗方法。未发生IRI的患者预先给予预防措施,对于已发生IRI的患者进行积极的治疗,控制疾病进展以防止病情进一步恶化。本文将急性下肢缺血再通术后IR相关损伤及预防、治疗方法归纳总结并综述。Ischemia reperfusion(IR)will occur after acute lower limb ischemia(ALI)reperfusion.IR will not only cause damage to local tissues,but also cause functional damage to lung,kidney,liver,heart and other distal tissues and organs of the body,resulting in ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI).The pathogenesis of IRI has a variety of pathogenesis,and the different adverse outcomes that may cause pose challenges to clinical treatment and care.IRI should be understood in detail from the micro and macro levels,and the entire development process of the disease should be viewed to prevent and grasp the treatment.While clearly understanding the disease,clarify the mechanism of IRI,and master the prevention and treatment of IRI.Patients who do not develop IRI are given precautionary measures,and aggressive treatment is given to patients who have developed IRI to control disease progression to prevent further deterioration.In this article,the IR-related injuries,prevention and treatment methods after acute lower limb ischemia recanalization are summarized.
