摘　　要：目的观察隔药灸脐法联合深刺通经针法对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛程度及运动功能的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2022年10月乐平市中医医院收治的93例颈肩腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)、研究组(46例)。在常规西药治疗基础上,对照组采用隔药灸脐法治疗,研究组采用隔药灸脐法联合深刺通经针法治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及运动功能[颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)、Constant-Murley肩关节功能(C-M)评分、腰椎日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分表]。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,CASCS、C-M、腰椎JOA以及Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的VAS评分低于对照组,CASCS、C-M、腰椎JOA以及Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈肩腰腿痛患者采用隔药灸脐法联合深刺通经针法治疗效果较好,可缓解疼痛程度,提高运动功能。Objective To observe the effect of herb-separated moxibustion on the umbilicus combined with deep needling through meridian on pain degree and motor function in patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods A total of 93 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(46 cases).On the basis of conventional western medication,the control group was treated with herb-separated moxibustion on the umbilicus,and the study group was treated with herb-separated moxibustion on the umbilicus combined with deep needling through meridian.The efficacy,pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS])and motor function(clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis[CASCS],Constant-Murley shoulder function[C-M]score,lumbar Japanese Orthopaedic Association[JOA]score,Lysholm knee function score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,CASCS,C-M,lumbar JOA and Lysholm knee function scores were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences.After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,CASCS,C-M,lumbar JOA and Lysholm knee function scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Herb-separated moxibustion on the umbilicus combined with deep needling through meridian is effective in the treatment of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,which can relieve pain and improve motor function.
