摘  要:目的探讨基于智谋理论的心理教育课程在癌痛患者护理中的应用情况。方法选取2019年1月至2021年8月福建医科大学肿瘤临床医学院收治的200例癌痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组采取常规癌痛护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于智谋理论的心理教育课程,两组均持续护理3个月。比较两组智谋水平、服药依从性、生活质量及疼痛控制满意度。结果观察组患者护理后的个人智谋、社会智谋评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的服药总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的中国癌症患者生活质量调查问卷(QLQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理方式、沟通态度、心理护理和控制效果满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于智谋理论的心理教育课程能够改善癌痛患者智谋水平,提升其服药依从性和生活质量,患者对疼痛控制更为满意。Objective To explore the role of psychological education courses based on the theory of intelligence in cancer pain patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with cancer pain admitted to the School of Clinical Oncology of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional cancer pain care,and the observation group received psychological education course based on the wisdom theory on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous care for 3 months.The level of intelligence,medication compliance,quality of life and satisfaction of pain control were compared between the two groups.Results The personal and social intelligence scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Chinese cancer patients'quality of life questionnaire(QLQ)score after nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing style,communication attitude,psychological nursing and control effect in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological education courses based on the theory of intelligence can improve the intelligence level of cancer pain patients,enhance their medication compliance and quality of life,and make patients more satisfied with pain control.
