摘  要:以直升机电传飞控作动布局为研究对象,通过简化结构交联与几何关系推导,求解出桨距角与作动布局的对应关系,建立数值仿真模型,比较仿真值与实测值。结果表明:仿真值与实测值的误差不超过3 mm,作动器位置和行程准确解耦;可根据设计需要自由选定作动器位置并求解相应行程。The actuator layout of helicopter Fly-by-Wire system was researched.The corresponding relationship between the range of pitch angle and layout was solved by geometric relationship derivation and structural cross-linking simplification.The numerical simulation model was built and the results were compared with the measured values.The results revealed that the error between the simulated value and the measured value did not exceed 3 mm.The actuator position and the actuator extension were accurately decoupled.The actuator position could be freely selected according to the design requirements and the actuator extension also could be calculated.
